In order to make it simpler and easier for all parties your pay slip from 30th of September and onward will automatically be delivered to your e-Boks and it will no longer be possible to receive your pay slips in paper form. The advantages of digital pay slips e-Boks is your personal digital mailbox in which you can receive and keep you pay slips electronically. Unless you erase them yourself your documents in e-Boks will be kept for an unlimited period whether you move, get another job or change e-mail address. Through the internet you always have access to your documents and you do not have to organize and file your pay slips, which is the case with those you receive in your mailbox at your private address. However, if you still wish to have your pay slips in paper form it is possible to print them from your e-Boks. You can also choose to have your documents from other governmental institutions delivered in your e-Boks such as documents from ATP, tax department, banks, insurance, labor unions, etc. In addition you can scan your birth certificate or other personal papers and save them in e-Boks. Privacy and security e-Boks is connected to your CPR number, i.e. nobody but you has access to your personal documents and you are assured your documents are delivered to you only. All the information sent to you will be encrypted so that nobody else can see it. Furthermore, e-Boks is using an approved certificate, which is your guarantee that you communicate with the right receiver i.e. e-Boks.
